We have two types of Adult Intro classes, both specifically designed to take you step by step at a pace designed specially for you.
Most Adult Intro classes take place during our Jun Fan/JKD class, where you will be one on one with a Black Sash Instructor in a stress free, no ego, friendly environment.
JunFan/JKD is where you will begin your martial arts journey and learn key components of all arts offered at Nubreed.
The other Adult Intro class we offer is
Nu-Fit Kickboxing, where you work at your own pace with a heavy bag, doing MMA exercises while learning real kickboxing from a certified Blackbelt.
Everyone’s journey is different and you will have many options to choose your own path and specific training, through multiple arts offered at Nubreed.
